School Goals

Oakshire Elementary School serves approximately 730 children in grades PK-6th.  Oakshire is a Title I school.  Our school aims to be a secure and welcoming environment that fosters progress, achievement, aspiration and social skills needed to be productive citizens.  All members of our school community look for opportunities to further our aims through example and rigorous academic standards.  The faculty and staff work diligently to prepare students for state standardized tests.  We offer a wide variety of programs from interventions/tutoring to GT enrichment for those who are academically gifted.  We identify and cater to the needs of all children.
